Our activities take place entirely in the outdoors, meaning we operate in environments where Mother Nature sets the terms. Participants must be prepared to encounter and manage a variety of natural conditions and risks. If you are unsure of what this entails or lack awareness of the inherent challenges and risks, our tours and services may not be suitable for you.
Minimum Requirements
Participation in our activities requires a baseline knowledge of outdoor environments and an appropriate level of fitness, which vary depending on the specific tour or product. Please review the detailed expectations for each activity to ensure you meet the necessary standards.

- Activity Descriptions: Carefully read the product descriptions provided on our website. Most common questions are already answered in these descriptions. If you cannot be bothered, we consider this an indication that our offerings and time of our instructors are not a good fit for you.

What We Do Not Offer
- Equipment Rentals: We do not provide gear rentals.
- Day or Overnight Trips for Beginners: We do not offer “follow the guide” tours to just fill an time slot in your calendar or guided day or overnight trips.
