Accommodation and transport

You can book yourself into our Eco Tent Village before and after your adventure (extra cost)
If you’re staying with us, you will need all your own kit, including:
- Sleeping bags, toiletries, towels, etc
- Anything else you need for the length of your stay before and after the expedition
Any gear not needed on the expedition can be stored with us during your time in the bush
Transport from town (Te Anau) to our base can be arranged (complimentary)

Our activities take place entirely in the outdoors, meaning we operate in environments where Mother Nature sets the terms. If you are unsure of what this entails or lack awareness of the inherent challenges and risks, our tours and services may not be suitable for you.

Minimum Requirements

Participation in our activities requires a baseline knowledge of outdoor environments and an appropriate level of fitness, which vary depending on the specific tour or product. Please review the detailed expectations for each activity to ensure you meet the necessary standards.

Activity Descriptions: Carefully read the product descriptions provided on our website. Most common questions are already answered in these descriptions. If you cannot be bothered, we consider this an indication that our offerings and time of our instructors are not a good fit for you.
Suitability: We prioritize the safety and quality of our products. If you are unwilling to research your activity thoroughly, we reserve the right to decline your participation.

What We Do Not Offer

Equipment Rentals: We do not provide gear rentals.
Day or Overnight Trips for Beginners: We do not offer “follow the guide” tours to just fill an time slot in your calendar or guided day or overnight trips.
